Our spacious plenary room means we can provide a tailored response to your requests. Depending on availability and the type of meeting, it is also possible to book our Library and Conservatory group rooms.

Our plenary seminar room/Gabar function room

Our plenary room benefits from plentiful daylight on the lower ground floor of the main building and has a raised podium.

Available space in the plenary: Room length 17 m, width 10 m, height 2.9 m, 170 m2
Max. no. of people 20–120 people; depending on seating arrangements (seminar, theatre, U-shape, conference seating).

Available space in the Gabar: Room length 15 m, width 10 m, 145 m2
Max. no. of people. approx. 30 people; depending on the event – standing aperitifs, meetings, etc. (lounge, theatre, conference seating).
